By using ResumeThink.com ("Service"), a service of Free Agents, LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service").

Free Agents reserves the right to update the Terms of Service without notice. Any new features that add to or enhance the Service will be subject to the Terms of Service.

ACCOUNT TERMS

1. Accounts created by 'bots' or automated processes are not permitted.
2. Your account may only be used by a single person (you); a single login shared by multiple people is not permitted.
3. You are responsible to keeping your account password private.
4. You may not use the Service to subcontract and other service, like resume writing or job finding.

PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

1. A valid credit card is required for paying members. Free trial members are not required to provide a credit card for payment, however their access to full site function will be limited.
2. The one-year membership fee is billed in advance and is not subject to early termination.

MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE AND PRICING

Free Agents shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. There are no implied warrantees or guarantees associated with the Service.
2. Technical support is provided to paying members via email.
3. You are not permitted to modify, hack, resell or redistribute the Service.
4. You may not transmit unsolicited emails ("SPAM") through the Service.
5. You may not transmit any malicious viruses or worms through the Service.

FAILURE TO COMPLY

In the event of a failure to comply with these Terms of Service, we reserve the right to terminate your account without notice.
